HOW DOES THIS WORK?

There are two ways to gift. Select one of our ready to ship curated gift boxes, or  customize your own gift box.

WHAT'S INSIDE EACH GIFTED BOX?

We ship exactly what is seen on our product pages, and exactly as it is listed in the description. No surprises! If we are out of stock on any item, we will personally contact you with options of equal or greater value. Every item ships as a gift. No pricing details are included.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE A BOX?

Absolutely! Select the customize your own button in the menu section and have fun creating your own gift box. We love seeing the gift boxes you customize.

CAN I INCLUDE A NOTE?

Yes! Each box comes with a handwritten note. Simply type the note you would like to include in the note section (located below the payment options). We will handle the rest.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY NOTE?

It's ok to change your mind. We do it quite often. If you would like to make changes to your note after you've placed your order, send us an email with the edits and we'll make the changes. Changes can only be made within 30 minutes after placing your order. 

HOW ARE THE GIFTS PACKAGED?

All our gifts are packaged in our gold two piece gift box with our logo embossed on the lid and tied with a bow.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 WHEN WILL MY GIFT SHIP?

We usually ship within 1-3 business days from when your order is placed. If you select expedited shipping, we will ship as soon as possible.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this point, we are only shipping to the U.S and Canada. We are in the process of working out the logistics associated with international shipping.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. 

SHIPPING MISHAPS

We are committed in ensuring that your gifts arrive to your loved ones timely and in a safe manner. However, we do understand that shipping mishaps occur. If your gift arrives broken or mishandled, please contact us immediately.
